    Since 2005, YGSB (Yakin Gigih Sdn. Bhd.) have started to provide support to our customer in their man-made fiber technology research. Our support are consists of instruments and chemicals support. 

 

 We also provide consultation and design for machine part to cater customer need. We also can support our customer for any fiber research related product.

Product Specialties

1. Pilot Scale fiber spinning line. YGSB are able to install a complete pilot scale spinning line for customer research. Customer can choose spinning technique such as wet, dry and melt
2. Spinneret and Spin Pack

   Spinneret and spin pack consultation design and fabrication. Customer can sent their own design or can request us to design for them according to their research
3. Chemical and characterization instruments

   We also can support the chemicals that need for fiber research such as the binder and sizing chemicals. We also supply characterization instruments such as contact angle and tensile tester that especially used for fiber testing.
